BUSINESS SUCCESSION INVESTMENT

Business Succession Investment

Having no successor is not a reason to close a business.
We take over companies of real value ourselves (M&A), step into management, and carry the next stage of growth. We hold them for good, run them around the wellbeing of their people, and apply value creation with a track record behind it.

What sets Catalys M&A apart

A long relationship through permanent ownership

We build value over time together with the companies that join us: ownership for good.

We do not assume a sale within a few years. We respect what the owner and the employees care about, and work on enterprise value that lasts.

Management built around employee wellbeing

We set out to optimize stress and maximise wellbeing, and we value an environment where people can work in good health of both body and mind.

Rather than a short-lived lift in profit, we raise wellbeing and ownership to deliver sustained growth and a stronger organization.

Steady growth measures backed by a track record

Our own improvement framework, the Catalys Value up Model (CVM), delivers real gains in performance.

Having improved dozens of companies, we run growth strategies that are grounded in the day-to-day work.
