At the strategy team of EY Strategy & Consulting (EY-Parthenon) and elsewhere, worked across a wide range of themes including M&A (BDD), operational reform and BPR, and system implementation PMO. Alongside the strategy agenda, brings knowledge of risk transformation and BPO, and deep knowledge of digital drawn from earlier work as a systems engineer at Hitachi. Has practised across industries including electronics, food and consumer durables, non-life insurance, trading houses and the public sector.

Has spent the past twelve years based in Japan, with Mitsubishi Materials Corporation, EY Strategy & Consulting and Tata Consultancy Services. Works from a base in R&D and production planning to support large-scale transformation across industries, including DX, organisational change and the introduction of AI. Also at home in a wide range of industries, including automotive, aerospace, pharmaceuticals and industrial machinery.

After university, worked at NYK Line on shipping for the power sector and on green energy businesses. Then at Arthur D. Little and other consulting firms, supported companies across a wide range of themes, including business strategy and business due diligence, for industries as varied as power, construction, food and real estate.
