We have published the first articles in a new series on human capital management: “Cortisol Management — human capital management for the next generation”.

The series looks at how cortisol, the stress hormone, and the other chemistry of the brain shape what we feel and what we do each day, and sets out ways of thinking and practical approaches for raising both the performance and the wellbeing of the people in a company.
