After university, joined Mizuho Bank, working in sales and as an analyst with a focus on the materials industry. Then at Deloitte, Frontier Management and Accenture, worked on new business development, financial and business due diligence, turnaround, and business and DX strategy, mainly for chemical companies. At Accenture, spent three years on secondment to a major chemical maker in one of Japan’s industrial groups, leading its DX office from strategy through to delivery.
