At a consulting firm, worked on PMI and system integration PMO for financial institutions. Then at two construction tool companies, one of them a private equity portfolio company, covered sales, marketing, finance and after-sales service, and as managing executive officer took charge of group strategy and marketing. Later, as a partner at a major consulting firm, supported management strategy and operational reform.
